Do you do gift wrapping?

We don’t do gift wrapping but we can put a small card in with your order if you are sending it to someone as a gift. Please telephone us to give us the details.


Can you supply a replacement lid ?

We do keep some spare lids. It can be very difficult to size them but it is fine to phone us, make sure you have detailed description and measurements before you phone.


Can I send pots to different addresses from a single order?

No, we can’t do that, you will have to make separate orders for each address.


What happens if I order something that is not available?

We will email you as soon as we can if an item has suddenly gone out of stock and will let you know when it is going to be re stocked.


Do you do gift vouchers?

We can send a gift voucher by post. Please phone us with an address and with your card details handy. We will charge your card for the amount you wish to give.


Can I cancel or amend an order once I have sent it online?

Yes, as long as we haven’t sent the parcel you can ring or email and change the items. We will have to have your card details to either charge any difference or refund any difference.


My pot has cracked, how can I replace it?

It is impossible to give a complete guarantee on pottery. If you think there is a fault in your pot and that you can assure us that it has not in any way been mistreated, please let us know but it can only be WITHIN 6 MONTHS of your purchase. We will need to see a photo of the fault or may ask for you to return it. When we have assessed the fault we will make a decision as to whether we can replace the pot.


Can I place an order but delay the posting date?

Yes we can delay the posting date of your parcel, please talk to us on the phone or by email.
